Appointment Policy

Please make all appointment bookings and request here.  A credit or debit card is required to book appointments. If booking for the first time, please add a consultation to the service(s) requested.

Cancellation Policy

You will not be charged if you cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment starts. Otherwise, you will be charged 25% of service price for late cancellations or no shows. This also applies to any appointments made in house. In order to make another appointment or receive services on a given day, you will be required to pay cancellation fee before services are rendered.

Deposit Policy

A deposit may be required for services and is non-refundable. Deposits secure your appointment date, purchase supplies for services, and is deducted from the total amount of services. If your appointment is cancelled at least 24 hours before your appointment starts, your deposit will be transferable for one rescheduled appointment. If the new appointment is cancelled, or missed, the deposit is forfeited.

Discount Policy

Discounts cannot be combined with other specials or discounts.

Guests Policy

In order to have a pleasant experience, please do not bring guests or children to your appointment.

Payment Policy

We accept cash and card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) payments.
