Salon Polices

Appointment Bookings - Appointments made should be listed under the person receiving the service. Services are performed on clients 15 years and older (new clients). If you are booking for a minor, the minor’s name should be listed for the appointment, but the email and phone number are for the parent/guardian.

Before and After-Hours Availability Service Charge - Appointments before or after-hours are available for an additional fee. The price of the service along with the service charge will have to be paid in order to book. They can be booked here.

Cancelations, Late Arrivals, and No-Shows - There is a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. Please communicate with the salon via text you are going to be late. In some cases, your appointment may be canceled and you will need to reschedule. If your appointment is canceled or missed, you will have to pay another deposit. If you are a no-show, you may be banned from making future appointments.

Consultations - Although not required, it is HIGHLY recommended that you book a consultation before receiving services. Larger investments such as color, loc (dreadlock) extensions, or series treatments require detailed information from the client, which cannot always be provided on the day of the service. **For color services a patch test is required 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment to guarantee there are no allergies. If this is not completed, your deposit will be forfeited and you will not be able to receive color services.

COVID-19 Guidelines - If you are experiencing any symptoms of illness, excessive coughing, or sneezing, please reschedule. Otherwise, you will not be serviced. It is HIGHLY recommended to wear a mask to protect yourself and others from the spread of infectious diseases and germs. Hand sanitizer is available upon entering the salon. The salon is cleaned and disinfected between guests.

Deposits - A deposit is required for some services, to reserve your appointment and is non-refundable and non-transferrable. Deposits secure your appointment date, purchase supplies for services, and are deducted from the total amount of services rendered.

Discounts - Discounts cannot be combined with other specials or discounts.

Guests - In order to have a pleasant experience, due to limited space, and COVID-19, please do not bring guests or children to your appointment. There are no exceptions! Your appointment will be canceled.

Hair Prep - Although not required, please have your hair ready to be serviced for the appointment(s) selected. Extension removal/takedown, heavily matted hair, or specialty treatment services times are not included, and should be booked accordingly. Failing to do so, may lead to additional charges or your appointment being rescheduled.

New Clients - You are considered new if you have never been to the salon or if it has been more than 3 months since your last visit.

Payments - Cash and card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) payments are accepted.

Pricing - All prices listed are base prices and are subject to change without notice. Prices vary depending on several factors: the length, density, and condition of the client's hair, as well as additional time spent to complete services beyond the time specified. For the most accurate pricing, schedule a consultation prior to the service desired.
